How parcel delivery works
Requesting a parcel delivery
Download the Zabgo app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, sign up, and request parcel transfer. Fill in the necessary details and launch your request—delivery aims to be completed within three hours where the service operates.
Driver pickup
A Zabgo driver closest to the parcel pickup location receives notification of the transfer request. The driver app guides them to the pickup location; the parcel is collected and taken to the drop-off location. It's that simple.
Driver onboarding
Zabgo Pickup supports self-employed delivery partners. Download the Zabgo driver app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, sign up, complete onboarding, and start earning. It's that simple.
Driver payout
Zabgo drivers are self-employed and receive payouts every week for delivery transfers completed the previous week. Drivers may be able to get paid before the weekly pay date—additional charges may apply.
